The title is correct! I am actually researching and writing a book. I veered away from Book 2 for a moment, because I got hit with an idea for a new book. I am still trying to fully think through the concept, but I am very excited about the general plotline I have in mind.

Thus far, I am willing to share it will be YA and is set in modern (not COVID) time. This is a far cry from my previous books set in a questionable dystopian time-frame. My main character is female, but I think it will ultimately have a multi-POV. Sorry for the vagueness, but I am not ready for more yet.

What about Book 2, you ask? Well, I gave myself permission to write something else for a bit. Whether I get picked-up by a Literary Agent or self-publish, I will need to revisit Rescuers From Illur again soon. I am taking a needed break from that for right now. I promise Book 2 will happen, do not worry.

On a different note, some of these trees were featured a month ago with varying stages of fall leaves. What a difference a month can make. I feel like that is true in all facets of life right now.
